This is Me, Dakota aka sole designer here at Saltchuck Creative.
Born and raised in Whistler BC, I have always had a love for the mountains and outdoors. When I moved to Nanaimo in 2010 to attend Vancouver Island University I fell in love with the ocean (aka “Saltchuck” or ‘the chuck” as my mom refers to it).
I graduated with my Degree in Graphic Design in June 2014. I work full time in Higher Education, but my “side hustle” has always been design. For the last several years, design has been my creative outlet. I am currently located in Prince George, but am open to taking on clients across the country!
I am a visual communication artist, that has experience in a multitude of media. From a range of print projects, websites and package design, I am confident in my skills to plan, analyze and create visual solutions to communication problems.
